This workstream is working towards a single ICT governance model to support a single ICT infrastructure network. This will deliver significant efficiency savings for Surrey's public bodies as well as enabling the successful delivery of the other Surrey First workstreams.
The ICT workstream is supported by the Surrey Chief Information Technology Officers (SCITO). This group has existed for many years and has been involved in significant partnership working during this time. It is made up of senior officers from the eleven boroughs and districts, Surrey County Council, Surrey Police, and NHS Surrey.
