The Joint Committee has agreed five key areas of work for the Surrey First programme:
1 - ICT
2 - Waste
3 - Assets
4 - HR
5 - Procurement
The Chief Executives Group, including the Chief Constable, is actively leading on these agreed core workstreams. These are the five largest value cross-cutting functions of interest to most/all partners in Surrey First, and with the greatest potential for meeting the six agreed strategic objectives.
Each workstream has a Chief Executive and Member sponsor to oversee and develop the work. Progress is monitored through the Joint Committee.
