Surrey First is a shared services venture that will examine ways to improve joint working and increase efficiency between all councils in the county and the Surrey Police. The partners have formed a Joint Committee to oversee the delivery of joint working and shared services initiatives.

Surrey Strategic Partnership
The Surrey Strategic Partnership (SSP) is the county-wide Local Strategic Partnership (LSP). The SSP brings together public sector organisations, and the business, voluntary, community and faith sectors, to work with local government to deliver improved outcomes for the people of Surrey.

Surrey Police Authority
The Surrey Police Authority (SPA) was established to ensure that the Surrey Police are accountable to the people living and working in Surrey, and that the public can have their say in how the county is policed. The SPA has a number of rolls including consulting with various bodies and authorities around the County to identify their policing priorities.
