The Surrey Improvement Partnership (SIP) was formed in 2006 and is one of six sub regional partnershipsthat come together to make Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE). IESE has received significant funding from CLG, which has been dispersed across the South East to fund numerous projects.

The Surrey Improvement Partnership brings together all of the authorities in Surrey in a series of projects designed to deliver real improvements and enhanced efficiencies in local government services throughout the County. Following the successful completion of eight projects inround one, SIP is now well intoround twoand working on a range of six new projects. Each of these are aligned to one of ten strategic themes set by IESE:
